Darekon renews its visual identity

The new logo represents continuity, clarity and technological expertise

Darekon is gradually renewing its visual identity to reflect the company’s growth, technological development, and refined strategy. The new logo is the first visible part of a broader update designed to strengthen Darekon’s position as a modern and reliable contract manufacturing partner.

Darekon has grown, internationalized and diversified significantly in recent years. With the renewed visual identity, we want to ensure that the company’s external image evolves hand in hand with the development of our operations. The new design highlights three core themes: transparency, reliability, and continuous improvement, the same values on which Darekon’s services are built.

The most visible element of the renewal is the new, streamlined logo. However, it is not an isolated feature, but forms the foundation for a clear and unified brand identity.

The logo’s history tells a tale about Darekon’s development

Darekon’s 40-year history includes a few logo updates. The first logo was used from the company’s founding in 1985 until the early 2000s, when it was replaced with a more typographic version. Both logos reflected Darekon’s identity at the time: the symbol-driven design of the 1980s conveyed stability and strong roots in a growing industrial environment, while the sleeker, more typographic logo of the early 2000s represented a modernizing and increasingly technology-focused operating environment.

The renewed logo is intentionally straightforward and minimalist. It is designed to represent Darekon in the 2020s and what we aim to be in the future: a clear, streamlined, modern, and forward-looking technology expert.

A logo designed to be clear, modern, and adaptable

When designing the logo, we emphasized the need for a clean and simple look that would speak for the company without unnecessary embellishment. We also wanted an eye-catching element that would blend into the company name naturally and tell its story across formats and channels. Both the static and animated versions of the logo work seamlessly in our digital channels as well as on our products, packaging, and within different production environments.

The dot placed inside the “D” does not only symbolize the progress of a customer’s product from design to final solution, but also Darekon’s own journey of more than 40 years as a contract manufacturer in technology. Our story has a starting point and a clear route, one that enables continuous development and helps us reach our goals. The logo represents this direction: we maintain a clear line of sight to both our past and our future. This sense of continuity and forward motion is also expressed in the animated logo, where the dot travels through the logo, revealing each letter one by one before returning to its origin.

The logo is designed to function across a wide range of environments from digital channels to technical documentation, packaging, and production facilities. Its minimalist form ensures that Darekon’s brand remains clear and recognizable at all scales and in all applications, from mobile screens to large, illuminated signage.

Implementation in phases

The new logo is now in use across all Darekon’s digital environments. Physical materials such as packaging, signage and workwear will be updated gradually during the year as part of the natural material cycle.

The visual identity renewal will continue throughout 2026 with updated graphic guidelines and additional materials.
