Quality

Quality is committing to goals

For us, quality means keeping our promises and always offering our customers the best possible solution. We understand our customers’ goals and develop our processes together to find the solutions that best support their operations. Expertise and experience guide our work every day.

Our integrated management system creates clear operating practices and ensures seamless communication. Quality, environment, safety, and sustainability are integrated into each of our processes. The system helps us operate reliably, transparently, and with long-term focus for the benefit of our customers and our community. The key elements of our management system are certified according to international ISO standards.

We work closely with our stakeholders and communicate openly about our operations. This way we ensure that our partners understand our expectations and ways of working. We set strict ethical and sustainability criteria for our suppliers. We require them to comply with the principles of Darekon’s Supplier Code of Conduct and to operate as responsibly as we do. We evaluate and audit our suppliers regularly to ensure that our shared practices are followed in practice.

For us, quality means acting in accordance with our values, being customer‑focused, results‑oriented, and committed to continuous development. Clear processes support employees in their daily work, help prevent errors, and ensure we can build on what we have learned. Quality also means self-management, where everyone is responsible for the results of their own work. We work with trust, openness, and a long-term mindset for the benefit of our customers and the entire community. High-quality work is also reflected in sustainable choices and partnerships that allow us to ensure continuous improvement and responsible growth.

Certifications as the foundation of high-quality operations
