We manufacture electronic products at our factories in Haapavesi, Gdańsk and Stockholm. Our main focus is on MedTech, CleanTech, Aerospace & Defence, Advanced Industrials and HighTech contract manufacturing.
We specialize in the production of small and medium-sized series as well as prototypes. Each of our factories manufactures several hundred different products a year.
We operate modern automated assembly lines. In addition to standard reflow soldering, it is also possible to choose vapor-phase soldering if component temperature sensitivity or other factors require it.
Naturally, we also provide manual assembly and wave soldering.

Multistage testing ensures product quality and defect-free operation. It also reduces production costs by identifying any defective parts as early as possible.
We monitor the quality of our products closely at every stage of production. Incoming components undergo quality control, the quality of solder joints is checked after placement and soldering, and after any manual component insertion and soldering, the boards are checked for defects, for example optically using machine vision.
Electrical testing can be used to verify either the functionality of the assembled boards or, more precisely, the operation of components within the board using a test program designed specifically for that board.
Advanced quality control methods and equipment ensure that only flawless products leave our factories.
All our factories are also capable of protecting products from corrosive environmental impacts, such as moisture and contamination. In addition, protection improves the mechanical durability of finished boards. The protection methods used are mechanical conformal coating (acrylic and UV process) and urethane and silicone potting.
Most electronic devices require cables that connect circuit boards and other components to the outside world. We manufacture wiring harnesses using automatic machines, either for our own final assemblies or as standalone deliveries for our customers when needed.
